1. Architectural Design – If you’ve gone with custom option, the sky is the limit! But, don’t let the word ‘SPEC’ home fool you, our spec homes can be customizable in a multitude of ways!

 

1. Contract – This is where we work with you, based on your budget, financing and design we will write the agreement and walk you through the upcoming milestones.

 

1. Selections – Select from our pre-compiled exterior and interior selections or, BE BOLD! And show us what you envision and we will work with our trusted trades to deliver your dream!

 

1. Construction  - With your wish list and budget in hand, our team will bring your dream to reality. You will be invited to 2 site walks and you even have the opportunity to make changes if your needs or wants or budget happens to change

 

1. Occupancy – Our customer service and QC will do a walkthrough and orientation and then… the keys are yours! 

Warranty – Your home has warranty! And to ensure that you are satisfied and your home is functioning as intended we follow-up with you at 3 month, and 1 year intervals. See warranty for coverage details and processes.
